Reframing operator AI briefs from point tools to infrastructure strategy.
New revenue architecture beyond core connectivity: mobile money, embedded finance.
The right commercial question has to be asked before budgets move, RFPs are written, or vendors are engaged. We work upstream with operators to sharpen what they're asking for, and with vendors to ensure they're in the right room. Both sides aligned.
We assess the commercial landscape, define what warrants action, and frame the initiative correctly before budgets move, teams are deployed, or vendors are engaged.
We work under NDA with operators and vendors: assessing fit, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the right commercial relationships form. Both sides protected throughout.
We bring execution-aware guidance to technology decisions. Ensuring the pathway fits the operating reality, not just the architecture. No abstract frameworks. No ignored constraints.
We engage with business leaders, procurement teams, and digital operators who need credible direction before deploying teams, budgets, external relationships, or vendor commitments.
All initial engagements are covered by mutual NDA where commercially sensitive discussions are involved.
We partner with AI solution vendors whose products have genuine commercial relevance and take them to the right operators with context, fit, and the commercial positioning that makes engagements land. For operators, it means solutions arrive with the buyer work already done, not cold outreach from vendors without market understanding.
We become the commercial partner for vendors with strong AI capability, taking solutions to market with the buyer context and operator relationships that turn relevance into revenue.
We don't carry a broad catalogue of undifferentiated tools. Solutions are selected for genuine relevance, commercial viability, and fit with the operator contexts we already operate in.
If you've built an AI solution with genuine commercial relevance and need a partner who understands the operator landscape, talk to us. We take on a small number of solutions at any time.
Your IP stays yours. We represent your solution and do not seek transfer or ownership of your IP.
Four active areas of commercial engagement. The nature of each engagement is shared: operator identities, commercial terms, and deal structures remain confidential.
All engagements NDA-protected · Details shared at the nature-of-work level only
Energy transition and infrastructure modernisation across operator networks.
Supporting an operator through the evaluation and procurement of lithium-ion battery systems as a direct replacement for legacy VRLA infrastructure. The engagement spans technology compatibility assessment, vendor capability review, nationwide implementation planning, and commercial structure with a particular focus on extended payment terms as a commercial lever.
Structuring a PaaS model where a specialist vendor assumes responsibility for site power infrastructure: covering upgrades, maintenance, and outgoing management under an OPEX-based SLA. Currently identifying and qualifying vendor partners and engaging with investors to support the model at scale.
The next logical step following PaaS maturity, facilitating the establishment of an Energy Service Company structure to manage energy delivery commercially across operator sites. Early-stage commercial scoping in progress.
Operator evaluation and commercial readiness for disaggregated network deployment.
Engaged with an operator to navigate the Open RAN vendor landscape — structuring evaluation criteria, facilitating technical workshops, and scoping proof-of-concept requirements. The objective is to build a technically and commercially validated position ahead of next financial year budget commitment.
Reframing how operators think about AI, from point solutions to strategic infrastructure.
Active advisory engagement where the operator's original AI brief was reviewed, challenged, and fundamentally reframed before any vendor was engaged. What arrived as a narrow, tool-specific procurement was reshaped into a multi-layer digital infrastructure initiative, covering integration architecture, new capability enablement, and a phased roadmap aligned to the operator's broader commercial objectives. The operator is now engaging the market with the right scope, the right vendors, and the right commercial expectations.
New revenue architecture for operators: beyond connectivity into financial services.
Working with operators to evaluate digital revenue opportunities beyond core connectivity including mobile money platforms, embedded financial services, and digital wallet infrastructure. The commercial question here is not just what to build, but what to partner for, what to acquire, and how to sequence the transition without disrupting core revenue. Early-stage scoping and commercial framing in progress.
Where agentic AI, web, and mobile product ideas get structure, direction, and a path to real users. Builders are invited in, supported throughout, and leave with everything they came with.
Dipa Poros provides the environment, technical guidance, and access to a growing community of builders and users. The product is yours. We make sure it reaches the right people.
Build Studio is not a public submission platform. Ideas are reviewed, builders are onboarded with intent, and progression is structured. So that every product that reaches Agenthub has real support and commercial awareness behind it.
Agenthub is the hosted workspace and distribution layer that emerges from Build Studio. Approved builders publish their AI tools and utilities here. Users discover, access, and use them. Builders own everything they ship.
Most product ideas in AI and software never reach real users: not because they aren't good enough, but because there's no structured pathway from idea to deployment that doesn't require giving something up. Build Studio is that pathway. Structured support, real technical direction, and a route to Agenthub.
Build Studio welcomes three categories of product, each with a defined pathway through to Agenthub and your end users.
AI-powered applications that users access remotely via browser. Hosted on AWS infrastructure: no server costs or DevOps overhead for the builder.
Standalone tools users download and run locally. Listed and distributed through Agenthub. Example: IP Validator monitors your virtual IP and alerts you if controlled access is at risk.
Mobile applications published independently to the Google Play Store are also listed in the Agenthub library, giving builders a second discovery surface and early users.
Build Studio serves two distinct audiences — both leave with full ownership of what they create.
Not sure exactly what you need? Build a strawman before the expert work begins. Explore and vibe-code a shape of your requirement before a specialist team comes in to productionise it. Low commitment. High clarity.
If you've got an AI application idea that solves a real problem, Build Studio gives you the structure, technical direction, and distribution pathway to take it to real users.
Access-controlled, AWS-hosted, and structured around the three build pathways. When a Build Studio project is approved and ready, it moves into Agenthub, the environment where real users discover and access what builders have created.
Agenthub is invitation-led. Access follows Build Studio onboarding, not the other way around.
Dipa Poros is a founder-led commercial advisory and solutions practice. No overhead, no inherited frameworks, no teams of analysts preparing decks. Real experience, applied at the point where commercial decisions are made.
A telecom industry where operators go to market with the right brief and where the best AI solutions find their commercial fit without friction or wasted rounds.
Dipa Poros works with telecom operators and AI solution builders to sharpen the commercial question before anything else moves because what gets asked of the market determines everything that follows.
Thirty-four years in telecom is a long time to watch organisations make the same expensive mistake, asking the wrong question before going to market, then wondering why the outcomes don't hold. Davinder spent those years inside the largest commercial relationships in the sector: Vodafone, Huawei, Bharti Airtel deals worth hundreds of millions, across markets that didn't forgive errors.
The costliest mistakes in telecom happen before a single vendor is engaged: when the wrong question gets asked, or the right question never gets asked at all. Dipa Poros exists because that gap deserved a different kind of practice. Founder-led. No layers. Upstream from day one.
Dipa Poros operates as a focused advisory practice: no overhead, no layers. When a mandate requires depth in a specific domain, we draw on a vetted network of independent specialists who have operated at senior level in their fields.
Every engagement gets the right expertise, not the nearest available resource.
The decisions that matter most in telecom happen upstream before the RFP, before the vendor list, before the budget is committed. That is where we operate. And we stay until it lands.
Not principles on a wall. The way every engagement with Dipa Poros actually works.
We tell you what the market requires not what you hoped to hear. The RFP that needed to be rewritten before it went to market. Comfort is what the previous advisor sold.
We engage before the question is fixed because the question is the work. By the time a brief goes to market, the important decisions have already been made. That's where we operate.
A recommendation without follow-through is a report. We stay engaged through negotiation, vendor selection and commercial close because that's where recommendations either hold or fall apart.
Technology is a means. Commercial outcome is the measure. We translate technical capability into commercial language at the CxO level, and hold every recommendation against one question: what does this do for the business case?
Operators and vendors share sensitive commercial information with us. That trust is not transferable. We operate with strict information boundaries. Operator intelligence stays with operators. Vendor roadmaps stay with vendors. Always.
When a mandate requires specialist depth, we draw on a vetted network of independent domain experts, each with senior-level operating experience in their field.
Tower and site energy modernisation: LiION battery transitions, Power as a Service structures, ESCO establishment, and energy commercial models across operator networks in APAC.
Open RAN architecture, vendor evaluation, RAN deployment strategy and commercial negotiation across APAC operators.
AI software commercialisation, BSS/OSS integration, network analytics and operator AI adoption strategy from brief to deployment.
OSS/BSS transformation, NOC design, service management frameworks and managed services commercial structures: operational reality shaping every commercial decision.
Every conversation starts the same way: a straightforward exchange about what you need and whether we're the right fit. We respond within one business day.
We don't take every conversation. We take the right ones.
If you're an operator with a question that hasn't been asked correctly yet, a vendor with strong IP and no commercial route, or a builder who wants to put something real in front of real users, this is the right room.
Be specific. The more precise the ask, the faster we know if we can help.
All initial engagements are covered by mutual NDA where commercially sensitive discussions are involved.
